CaCRM provides a suite of practice management tools designed for Chartered Accountants. You are responsible for obtaining access to the Service, and that access may involve third-party fees.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to take any action that might compromise the security of the Service, render the Service inaccessible to others, or otherwise cause damage to the Service or the Content.
All content included on the Service, such as text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the Service, is the property of CaCRM or its suppliers and protected by copyright and other laws that protect intellectual property and proprietary rights.
CaCRM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
